Sandra Bullock wins the best actress award at Oscars first time in her career. She won this award for her role in the movie “
The Blind Side” which was directed by John Lee Hancock.
She nominated for this award along with Helen Mirren, Carey Mulligan, Gabourey Sidibe, and Meryl Streep. She is in the film industry for more than 20 years, but she won her first Oscar in last night for playing the role of a white Southern woman.
She also won “The Razzies Award” for this year. She became the first actress to win a Golden Raspberry Award and an Academy Award in the same year. She is an American actor and she got fame for her roles in “Speed and While You Were Sleeping” in 1990.
In 2007, with an estimated $85 million, she ranked as 14th richest female celebrity.
